Cryogenic grinding: an efficient method for recycling

Cryogenic grinding represents an opportunity for expanding recycling capabilities to a broad range of compounds. By using a super-cold agent such as liquid nitrogen at -320 degF to embrittle plastic rubber polymers before grinding, cryogenic grinding makes possible the size reduction of many materials that cannot be ground by conventional ambient grinding methods.
